Objectives
Overall Aim
Improving qualitative research methodology (QRM) by introducing new pedagogical approaches to contribute to sustainable development at the level of state, civil society, business, and local communities, in dealing with rapid social change, cultural preservation and promotion, and climate change.
Specific Objectives
1. Sensitize HEI executive management, academic leadership and staff, and societal stakeholders regarding the potential contribution of QRM to academic research, education and sustainable development.
2. Enhance the capacity of HE faculty (academic staff) in Qualitative Research Methodology (QRM) for improved research, education, and consultancy services through the training of teachers (ToT).
3. Enriching, re-designing, aligning, and implementing curricula and supervision with QRM to deliver employable graduates with increased transversal competencies able to address the needs of the labor market and society at large.
4. Disseminate added value of the use of QRM data to the multi-level stakeholders to stimulate sustainable development.
