The entire RTC community is thrilled to congratulate our graduates who have made us all very proud with their performance in the Royal Civil Service Commission's BCSE 2023! Along with the toppers in the general category, several have been selected for various positions in the categories of PGDPA, PGDFM, and as Clinical Nurses from the first graduating cohort of BSc in Nursing and Midwifery.
